We are pleased to report that our Chief Executive Paschal Tiernan is going to be walking the Aletsch Glacier in Switzerland in July for charity and will be supporting DEBRA the charity for sufferers of Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB).
The trip involves a select group of eight food industry figures over three days walking a 27 km long high altitude trek which at 4000 m above sea level will be a big challenge for all involved.
Pascal will be accompanied by few other high profile leaders in the food business including Anton Edelmann, who ran the Savoy for over 20 years, and Philipp Mossiman (son of that other famous chef called Anton!)
